This is set in an academy for both herbivores and carnivores. One day an alpaca is murdered and the blame is automatically put on the carnivores. When you are afraid and feel overwhelmed it’s easier to blame the bigger and scarier – that is the carnivores. The one suspect? Grey wolf Legoshi. He is quite misunderstood and he is okay with it. He tries to be in the shadows while still helping his friends. He is the kindest and most helpful wolf… But one day he gets what he thinks is these awful predator instincts and he is trying to calm it down and ignore it. But how can he, if she happens to be everywhere?

Also, to become a Beastar, you need to become a hero of the society but it’s easier said than done with all world being divided in prey and predators.

Published October 19, 2021
Publisher: Kodansha Comics

It’s never been easier to attack Attack on Titan than with these new, giant-sized 3-in-1 omnibus editions! If you’ve been waiting for the final anime season to check out the do-or-die shonen adventure that defined a decade, now’s your chance. These new books tuck almost 600 pages of manga behind a specially-embossed cover, all in a larger size than the regular version. Includes Vol. 1-3 of Attack on Titan. For eons, humans ruled the natural world. But a century ago, everything changed when the Titans appeared. Giant, grotesque parodies of the human form, these sexless monsters consumed all but a few thousand human beings, who took refuge behind giant walls. Today, the threat of the Titans is a distant memory, and a boy named Eren yearns to explore the world beyond the wall. But what began as a childish dream will become an all-too-real nightmare when a Titan finally knocks a hole in the wall, and humanity is once again on the brink of extinction…

This book is about titans and how they pose such a threat to humanity. It has been 100 years since the last time this town was breached, but even with 500m walls, the time of peace ended.

Eren was young when this all happened, but even before that he wanted to go outside the wall and hunt titans. After the first incident he ever experienced with titans, he saw his mother get killed. And that only reinforced his belief. Some years later, him, Mikaza and Armin just graduated and are ready for it all to start. They didn’t have to wait long…

WWW Wednesday – 9 of August of 2023

Welcome to my first ever WWW Wednesday. A weekly meme hosted by Sam over on Taking on a World of Words.

The idea is pretty simple, every week you dedicate a post to the three W’s:

What are you currently reading?

What have you just finished reading?

What are you going to read next?

Currently Reading

Same as last week, I’m not in the middle of any book per se because I read a volume of manga in one sitting. I almost made my away through Jujutsu Kaisen, which I’m now in volume 20 out of 21 that are out in English, and Ranma 1/2 which I’m now in volume 4 of the omnibus versions and lastly High School Debut vol.9, which I intend to end before I move house so I can put them in storage, they are long overdue in reading them, they have been on my shelves for a while and I had only read volume 1 of the omnibus versions. Excited to dee how the end is gonna look. It’s not the bets I’ve read but it is fun, so far I have only disliked one volume and I actually gave two of them some pretty good ratings!

This week’s topic is: Forgotten Backlist Titles (Spread love for books that people don’t talk about much anymore!)

Hopefully I have some of these, I feel that I read my fair share of popular books, unless the hype is way too big, in that case. I shy away. So let’s see what I come up with, shall we?
